Step one is the batter:

1 cup flour, 1 cup water, 1 egg (mix together well) food processor fine.

Put a little oil in a small frying pan and when hot pour small amount of batter into medium hot pan and rotate.

Let it firm up but only do cook one side then tip it out. Repeat to make a stack.

(It's good to have a decent nonstick pan.)

The filling:

Ricotta, fresh parsley, an egg and parmigiano. Clean and chop parsley, grate parmigiano, add egg and mix altogether.

Assemble as in pictures! Bake in 350 oven till all bubbly and nice. 20/25 minutes.
