Cartadad’ (Cartwheels or Honey Cookies)

3 eggs, beat them

Enough flour to make the dough come together

Let it rest in a bowl or on a board covered

Roll it out

Or in a macaroni machine

Lay them out on a clothes

Put enough flour

Cut into 1 ½ inch strips

If you work with two people one cuts and one fries

Fry in at least 2-3 inches of oil

Heat honey and put on the cookies once they are cooled
