James’ Pie Crust



2 ½ cups of flour
1 tble of sugar
1.5 teas of salt
2 sticks of cold butter
8 coffee scoops of ice water—to feel

Pour then pulse in food processor
Shake in ziplock bag
Form into a flat circles with and dough scraper
Chill for one hour
