My father never cooked a day in his life, but he had watched many wonderful cooks at work in the kitchen including his grandmother who raised him. After he retired he was restless and took up a variety of new activities, one was mushrooming and another was cooking. He took up cooking with a vengeance. He was an ironworker and had to stop working when he had a heart attack at age 57. Then he started cooking and invented many wonderful dishes. This sauce is a good one. So tasty!Saute a large chopped onion in olive oil. Add 2 chopped garlic when the onion is starting to brown. When both are just golden add a large jar of Ragu (yes, ready made!) sauce. Then add salt, pepper, oregano, a little crushed red pepper and 1 can of tuna. Cook while water for pasta is boiling. When you throw in the linguini add a second can of tuna. Great with more crushed pepper on top when served.
