Pasta Frolla





Pre-heat 350

1 cup of sugar
3 eggs or 4 yolks
1 teas vanilla
2 sticks of butter—or 1 cup
4 cups of flour

Beat sugar and eggs,
Then add vanilla
Then add butter
Then add flour

In fridge for half hour

Roll out about 1/8 inch thick
Fill in the middle
Fold across to the middle and seal
Can seal with leaf cutouts if needed

Filling is raspberry jam and walnuts
Can add raisins

Bake until golden brown
About ½ hour but keep checking earlier
